It is quite challenging to stay positive during such times when everything is triggering stress whether it is because of our Professional or Personal Reasons or even with academic pressure in our kid’s lives.
However, there are few ways you can shoo away the negativity from your life:

  1. Avoid engaging with negative people and news:
    You can avoid all kinds of engagement with negative people. If you are reading the news, go for reliable sources. Consume news with a positive mindset.

  2. Gratitude:
    You can jot down the three things you are grateful for. During such times, holding on to the gratitude feeling is important.

  3. Meditation:
    Meditation helps you to deal with negative thoughts. It calms your mind and detoxifies your body. Practice meditation for at least 10 minutes daily.

  4. Look at the Silver lining:
    Due to the lockdown, most people are spending a great time with family. You might not get it again for a few years now.

  5. Smile no matter what the situation is:
    Whether it’s behind the mask, smile more. Laugh more. If you are not feeling like smiling, smile forcefully. It will eventually make you feel better and calm down your mood.

  6. Indulge kids in some type of co-curricular activity:
    Co-Curricular activities help to maintain the balance between academics and studies. Thus, making their mind calmer and refreshed.These are some of the ways that can help you or maybe your loved ones in these tough times.
